Functionality
- Resistant maltodextrin 10,000 mg — may help suppress the rise in blood glucose after meals · may help improve blood triglyceride levels · may help support regular bowel movements

In a 12-week human study in overweight women (randomised, double-blind, placebo-controlled; 147 enrolled, 76 completed; combined with diet and exercise), the ingredient, the Cornus extract complex, reduced body fat mass and body fat percentage significantly more than placebo (Journal of Clinical Medicine).
