Protect Your Waistline
Before the bathroom scale, check your metabolic health with a tape measure.
According to the Korean Society for the Study of Obesity 2026 Obesity Fact Sheet (2024 data), 1 in 4 Korean adults (24.9%) has abdominal obesity. Waist circumference is one of the five items used to judge metabolic syndrome, and it is the easiest metabolic health indicator to check at home with just a tape measure.
