Move 150 Minutes a Week
Building metabolic health habits together
Campaign
Move 150 Minutes a Week
30 minutes a day, 5 days a week. Together, let's get the minimum amount of movement our bodies need.
The World Health Organization (WHO) and the KDCA recommend at least 150 minutes of moderate-intensity aerobic physical activity a week for adults. But in the 2025 Korea National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey, only 49.5% of Korean adults, half, met this. For the other half, the Korea Association for Metabolic Health is launching its first public campaign.
How to take part
Set your weekly goal
Plan 150 minutes: 30 minutes a day × 5 days a week, or whatever combination suits you.
Move at a moderate intensity
Slightly out of breath, but able to talk. Brisk walking is enough.
Record it and keep going
Log your activity on the weekly tracker below and keep it up for 4 weeks.
